Meija Moreno is clarifying where she stands with ex West Wilson amid his romance with Summer House’s Amanda Batula.
“Guys I realize it’s pathetic to talk to an ex but have we not all been down bad for a person we shouldn’t be?” Meija wrote via Threads on Wednesday, June 17. “I loved him quite a bit & our relationship resulted in the blink of an eye fixed. I’m not attempting to get back along with him I promise. This has been one of the heartbreaking experiences of my life & its been made even harder with all of it being public for people to dissect. Sometimes I just must yell and listen to the person I cared about most apologize. I’m not happy with it but unwell admit it.”
Meija — who was dating West, 31, in summer 2025 through March, when he publicly announced his relationship with Amanda — shared her appreciation for Kyle Cooke, Lindsay Hubbard and Ciara Miller amid the continued controversy.
She continued, “I’m so beyond thankful for Kyle, Lindsay, and particularly Ciara for giving me the chance to inform my story. Ciara and I’s bond over our shared experience is something which means absolutely the world to me. I don’t know what I might have refrained from her support. That’s my girl irrespective of what.”
Someday prior, Meija appeared on a bonus episode of Summer House season 10 titled “The Aftermath,” featuring conversations between her and Ciara, 30; Amanda, 34, and Lindsay, 39; and West and Kyle, 43. Within the episode, Meija got candid about her conversations with West since he filmed the season 10 Summer House reunion and was grilled by his castmates. (Ciara also called Meija throughout the 10-hour filming day and brought her up on-camera.)
“We hadn’t spoken for just a few weeks. After the reunion he texted me, ‘You win,’” Meija revealed throughout the Tuesday, June 16, episode. “After the entire ‘you win’ thing I believe it took him like every week after which he called me. We had this six-hour conversation.”
“Quite a lot of our conversations at the moment are over phone call due to her,” she added, referring to Amanda.
Meija explained that West informed her of his plans to travel to Italy for a marriage by himself, but she then “came upon that Amanda was going.” (West and Amanda attended a marriage together earlier this month amid the airing of the three-part season 10 reunion.)
In Meija’s perspective, West traveling with Amanda abroad “is a f*** you to everyone involved,” adding, “It’s such a giant f*** you to me who has been taking your phone calls and trying to grasp you.”
