The WWE website has removed its listing for the previously canceled September 4 episode of SmackDown in Cincinnati, OH.
As well as, WWE.com now not lists the August 31 episode of RAW in Charlotte, despite tickets still being available through Ticketmaster and the Spectrum Center continuing to advertise the event on its website.
The almost definitely explanation is that WWE is within the strategy of updating its event schedule to reflect a double TV taping in Charlotte on August 31. Such a move would allow WWE’s production crew and staff to receive break day during Labor Day weekend while still ensuring each RAW and SmackDown content is taped prematurely.
