Victoria, David Beckham Include Brooklyn in Father’s Day Tribute

Victoria and David Beckham are considering of their estranged son, Brooklyn Beckham, while celebrating Father’s Day and despite the family’s ongoing drama.

“David you truly are the perfect daddy. Your biggest achievement has all the time been our beautiful children and we love you a lot. Glad Father’s Day 💕💕💕💕💕💕,” Victoria, 52, wrote via Instagram on Sunday, June 21.

Alongside the message, Victoria shared a throwback photo featuring David, 51, posing within the water together with his arms wrapped across the couple’s three sons: Brooklyn, 27, Romeo, 23, and Cruz, 21. The pair’s 14-year-old daughter, Harper, stood in front of the group and smiled for the camera.

David, for his part, celebrated the day on his own Instagram by sharing a series of photos featuring the soccer star with the pair’s kids through the years.

“Being a dad is my most vital job… I really like you all & thanks mummy @victoriabeckham For giving me our beautiful family 🩷,” he captioned the upload. “Glad Father’s Day to all of the Dads world wide 🩷.”

Victoria and David’s posts come amid ongoing family drama with son Brooklyn, who confirmed their rift in a January Instagram statement.

“I actually have been silent for years and made every effort to maintain these matters private. Unfortunately, my parents and their team have continued to go to the press, leaving me with no alternative but to talk for myself and tell the reality about only a number of the lies which were printed,” Brooklyn wrote, partially, on the time. “I are not looking for to reconcile with my family. I’m not being controlled, I’m standing up for myself for the primary time in my life.”

Within the statement, Brooklyn accused his parents of “trying endlessly to smash [his] relationship” with Nicola Peltz Beckham before his wedding. (The pair tied the knot in 2022.)

“I actually have been controlled by my parents for many of my life,” he concluded. “I grew up with overwhelming anxiety. For the primary time in my life, since stepping away from my family, that anxiety has disappeared. I get up every morning grateful for the life I selected, and have found peace and relief. My wife and I are not looking for a life shaped by image, press, or manipulation. All we would like is peace, privacy and happiness for us and our future family.”

Months later, Victoria broke her silence on the family feud. While speaking with the Wall Street Journal in April, Victoria shared that she and David each “love our youngsters a lot.”

“We’ve all the time tried to be the perfect parents that we may be,” she said. “And you realize, we’ve been in the general public eye for greater than 30 years straight away, and all we’ve ever tried to do is protect our youngsters and love our youngsters. And you realize, that’s all I really need to say about it.”

David, for his part, refused to handle the drama when the topic was brought up during a June interview while celebrating receiving a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

“To be honest, I’m sorry to stop you there, but that’s a non-public matter,” David told Variety on the time. “That’s the one thing that I don’t need to discuss.”
