Josh Hokit suggests he’s got one other fight
On Tuesday, Josh Hokit implied that he’s about to strike a deal for his next UFC fight.
The 28-year-old believes he could make two more visits to the Octagon before 2026 is over.
“I would even fight two times by the tip of the 12 months,” Hokit said on The Ariel Helwani Show.
“I feel there’s news on the horizon.
“Possibly,” he added when asked if he knows his next fight date.
Helwani pushed for him to leak his fight news, but Hokit was cautious to not break a possible deal.
“I don’t wanna pigeonhole myself and mess up some money,” he replied.
“There may be money on the road on this one.”
The veteran MMA reporter subsequently asked Hokit if he expects to fight for UFC gold in 2026.
“There may be an important probability,” he said.
Finally, Hokit claimed “it is likely to be quicker than people would love” when quizzed on the timeframe for his next fight.
