Persona 3 Reload Passes 3M Copies Sold

Atlus has announced that Persona 3 Reload has crossed three million units sold worldwide, somewhat over two years after the remake first launched. To mark the milestone, the studio is running the sport’s biggest discount up to now, 65 percent off, through the Steam Summer Sale.

In my review, I called Persona 3 Reload a wonderful example of how you can remake a beloved game, faithful to the unique while modernizing most of its dated mechanics, with the emphasis on most. Persona 3 has at all times been my favorite of the trendy Persona games, with the strongest solid and most memorable ending of the bunch, even when Tartarus still drags across a 75 to 80 hour runtime. I really helpful it to RPG fans without hesitation, especially newcomers who got here into the series through Persona 5.

The timing is sensible, too, because Atlus is clearly in full remake mode. Persona 4 Revival recently locked in a release date of February 18, 2027 for PlayStation 5, XBOX Series X|S, and PC, with a broadcast detailing its reworked battle system and a separate English voice solid reveal. As someone who began the series on the unique Persona 3, I said when that broadcast aired that I’m just glad Persona 5’s success keeps letting Atlus revisit these games. I can’t wait to hang around with Teddie all once more.
