The Every day Mail reported that the Kylie Cosmetics founder has relisted the sprawling estate for $38.5 million, a pointy drop from the $48 million price tag attached to the property when it first hit the market late last 12 months.
The most recent reduction trims $9.5 million off the unique asking price, despite Jenner purchasing the residence for $36.5 million in 2020 after negotiating down its then-$45 million listing price.
Represented by Compass agent Ginger Glass, the estate is being marketed as “the last word sanctuary for the elite privacy seeker and wellness enthusiast,” a nod to its secluded setting behind 12-foot security gates, high perimeter partitions, and meticulously landscaped grounds.
The sale can be seen as a part of the socialite’s gradual transition toward her custom-built Hidden Hills estate, which has been rumored to develop into the house she is going to share with boyfriend Timothée Chalamet.

Per E! News, Jenner proudly captioned one photo, “Love my kitchen sm,” as she showcased a vintage-inspired chrome steel stovetop with gold accents, surrounded by matching beige cabinetry, partitions, and drawers.
She also revealed thoughtfully styled details, including olive-green ceramic plates, bowls, and mugs tucked contained in the cabinets, while her kitchen island featured picket bowls stuffed with watermelons and artichokes alongside fresh floral arrangements.
