Eddie Hearn is assembling quite the gathering of UFC fighters in his management agency.

Eyebrows were raised earlier this yr when Hearn signed UFC champion Tom Aspinall to his Matchroom Talent Agency, with the boxing promoter’s team handling the heavyweight’s fight negotiations and business dealings away from the Octagon.

A special agreement is in place with Ian Machado Garry, who has employed Hearn to administer the non-UFC side of his profession.

Paulo Costa is ready to satisfy Eddie Hearn ahead of a possible management deal

Aspinall’s decision to sign with Hearn got here amid an ongoing feud between the boxing promoter and Dana White, sparked by the UFC president’s Zuffa Boxing enterprise.

The English 47-year-old has since gained insight into the heavyweight champion’s contract and has been left shocked.

Having seen the numbers, Hearn won’t let Aspinall return to the UFC unless the promotion pays him what he’s value.

The Matchroom head disclosed the figures during a recent conversation with Costa, a UFC light heavyweight contender who’s open to joining Aspinall and Garry in Hearn’s talent agency.

“He’s fighting for his fighter, Aspinall, right,” Costa said during a recent appearance on The Ariel Helwani Show. “He told me how much Aspinall is getting, it’s unbelievable.

“We’re going to satisfy in person in California in a few days. Possibly (something comes of it), possibly.

“The balance of power (is off), so we’d like people to assist us, and Eddie’s doing an ideal job,” he continued. “We’re going to discuss every thing.”

‘Borrachinha’ has never shied away from publicly criticizing his employer. Most recently, Costa called out the UFC for allegedly delaying the ultimate fight of his current contract.

The Brazilian could possibly be in line for a title fight after knocking out Azamat Murzakanov in his first outing since moving as much as light heavyweight.
