Jessica Andrade has revealed she’s picked up a side hustle during her injury layoff.

The previous strawweight champion’s last fight got here against Loopy Godinez at UFC 319 in August 2025.

Since suffering her third defeat in a row, Jessica Andrade has been coping with a shoulder injury that has left her unable to earn a living through fighting.

Jessica Andrade is staying busy during MMA hiatus

Jessica Andrade insists her funds are wonderful, despite being forced away from MMA for 11 months.

Nonetheless, the 41-fight veteran has been working as a food delivery driver to make some extra money.

“Thank God I managed to save lots of some money, so things are going well,” Andrade told Direto de Vegas.

“But every time I want to, I work as a delivery driver. I deliver meals and things like that. I just pick up orders through an app and make the deliveries. I do whatever it takes. I’m not afraid of labor. I can do absolutely anything.”

“Recently I began a project at [a friend’s] house, installing artificial turf,” the UFC legend added. “Her backyard was nothing but rocks. I went there and removed all of the rocks from the bottom. I assumed, ‘I’ll give this a try. If I’m good at it, it’s yet one more way we are able to make some more money every time we’d like it.’”

Jessica Andrade’s missing $2 million

In 2024, Jessica Andrade announced she was considering filing a lawsuit against her former coach and manager.

The 34-year-old claimed Gilliard Parana embezzled $2 million, but he denied the accusations on the time.

Andrade has since decided to not press forward with the lawsuit, despite the fact that it’s unclear if her lost money was ever recovered.

Hopefully, Andrade can be fit enough to return to earning profits as a UFC fighter sometime soon.
