KSI gives Dillon Danis ‘mad respect’ after elevator run-in
KSI has retired from boxing since his second matchup with Dillon Danis failed to come back to fruition.
Fighting was the last item on his mind during a recent trip to America for the World Cup.
Nonetheless, KSI’s mindset flipped when he had a probability run-in with Danis at a hotel in Recent York.
The Englishman – real name Olajide Olayinka Williams Olatunji – was able to defend his girlfriend, who Danis threatened to dox during their feud.
Thankfully, fighting wasn’t needed as Danis acted in a way that earned ‘mad respect’ from his rival.
“We go up two floors, the lift opens, and Dillon Danis is standing right in front of me with my Mrs right there,” KSI said on The Fellas podcast.
“Take into accout, this guy was tweeting about it like, ‘I’m gonna find your Mrs.’ ‘Is that this your girlfriend?’
“My Mrs. is half asleep. She’s out of it. She looks and goes, ‘What?!’ I’m going, ‘There’s no f—ing way!’
“Swiftly, my hands are clenched. Yo, I assume that is it. Here we go, it’s time, bro. I assume that is it.
“No, he didn’t get in. He went, ‘Yo, I’m gonna leave you to it’, and walked out.
“Major respect. I’ve gotta give it to him since it could’ve went so left.”
