Solo Sikoa was not imagined to develop into certainly one of WWE’s hottest babyfaces.
In response to a report from WrestleVotes, a source inside WWE creative suggested that Solo’s current babyface run was only meant to be temporary before the corporate shifted him in one other direction entirely.
But things have taken a surprising turn, since fans have been reacting so strongly to him over the past several weeks that there may be now growing belief backstage that WWE could stretch this run out for much longer as an alternative of wrapping it up.
What makes this even less shocking to people backstage is that they apparently noticed his potential long before fans caught on. One creative source explained that Solo’s charisma has been distinguished for years, while a fellow WWE talent named him among the many funniest people within the locker room. That may be a big shift for a wrestler whose whole WWE identity was built on staying a silent heel and saying almost nothing.
Nothing is locked in yet, but when the group reactions keep constructing, WWE may find yourself having little selection but to maintain running with it.
