Rishita Kothari, currently leading in “Sehar Hone Ko Hai,” took to Instagram to deal with recent rumours of an unpleasant spat with co-star Parth Samthaan on the sets. After fans of Parth reportedly began trolling her and calling for her alternative, Rishita shared a heartfelt message in regards to the pain of silence, judgment, and online negativity.

She wrote, “I’ve at all times been a quiet person… but silence doesn’t mean I don’t feel. It doesn’t mean I don’t get hurt. And it definitely doesn’t mean I should be misunderstood.” She expressed her gratitude for the opportunities within the industry and the love from the audience.
Rishita reflected, “For the longest time, I kept all the things buried inside me. I convinced myself that is just the way it is… that perhaps being recent means accepting all the things silently. I used to be told, ‘it’s a person’s world, you may have to bear it.’ But slowly, that silence began to weigh on me… it began to harm deeper than I expected. There have been moments it made me feel helpless, unheard, and so alone… like regardless of what I say or don’t say, it can still be questioned.”
She questioned, “Why is being quiet seen as arrogance? Why is just not reacting seen as guilt? Why does love include a lot hate?”
She concluded, “I’m just here to act, to perform, to grow, and to spread love and kindness—for the individuals who truly stand by me. I only hope this chaos of hate finds some light… and that truth, eventually, speaks for itself.”
She ended with a plea for faith, “God is with me Possibly my silence said an excessive amount of. Har Har Mahadev.”
Parth Samthaan Publicizes Social Media Break
On April twenty second, Parth Samthaan announced he was taking a break from social media following personal attacks targeting him and his family. He wrote, “I actually have at all times been a peaceful and positive guy, specializing in the nice but recently, I actually have noticed someone buying bot accounts and have been commenting rubbish on my family, me and my personal life through those fake accounts, shocking, extremely hurtful I’m fumed with anger.” He added, “M guessing I do know the person behind all this nevertheless it’s pointless to take names … on account of which… To be continued… #DETOX.”
Parth further announced, “I actually have decided to take a break from social media for a while can’t drain more energy on complaining to cyber crime dept ..moderately ..concentrate on my life and my role as Mahid. Love PS.”
