Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson joined the TKO Group Holdings board in January 2024, a move that also included a separate mental property agreement with the corporate.
In keeping with a recent SEC filing, Johnson earned $900,000 in royalties tied to that agreement. He was also reimbursed $600,000 for travel expenses related to fulfilling his obligations under the Johnson Services Agreement.
The filing further noted that Johnson missed several board meetings on account of prior business commitments. TKO’s board convened seven times over the course of the 12 months.
On the WWE side, Johnson made multiple television appearances in 2025. He was featured throughout the premiere of WWE RAW on Netflix in January, appeared on the next episode of WWE NXT, returned again on WWE SmackDown in February, and later showed up at WWE Elimination Chamber, which marked his most up-to-date TV appearance.
