Jerry O’Connell is breaking down wife Rebecca Romijn’s response to John Stamos detailing their past relationship in his candid memoir, If You Would Have Told Me.

Stamos recalled facing “ups and downs” during their marriage, noting that that they had “zero speak about having kids and starting a family” despite that “all the time” being their plan. In his perspective, Romijn was too “busy along with her profession and recent friends” to note that Stamos was “slipping away.” He went on to hint at “something cruel and calculating” infiltrating their once “nice” relationship.

After Stamos’ book release, Romijn broke her silence on seeing their relationship fallout described throughout the pages.
“I used to be very surprised by all of that, incredibly shocked actually,” Romijn told Entertainment Tonight in 2024. “I used to be kind of blindsided by it. But you recognize, I don’t really need to assist him sell his books based on those headlines. In order that’s all I really need to say about it.”
