DITO Telecommunity Corp. and Lawson have expanded their partnership to assist more Filipinos gain access to digital connectivity, with DITO Starter Packs now available in greater than 200 Lawson stores across Metro Manila.
Chief Business Officer of DITO Telecommunity Adel A. Tamano said the partnership with the multinational convenience store chain is anchored on their shared commitment to innovation, customer value, and growth.
“By combining our strengths, we aim to create more meaningful experiences for Filipino consumers while opening recent opportunities that can profit each organizations,” Mr. Tamano said in a press release released on Thursday.
“We look ahead to constructing a partnership that reflects our shared vision of delivering greater selection, convenience, and value to the communities we serve,” he added.
Under the partnership, customers can now purchase DITO Starter Packs — which include a SIM card preloaded with as much as 25 gigabytes of bonus data, amongst other inclusions — at greater than 200 Lawson stores in Metro Manila.
The initiative makes reliable connectivity more accessible while providing greater convenience and value to Filipinos, in response to Tsunaka Nakanishi, vice-president of Lawson Philippines.
DITO said the collaboration marks one other milestone in the corporate’s continued expansion of its retail footprint while empowering Filipinos with accessible, high-quality digital connectivity. — Edg Adrian A. Eva
