Baldur’s Gate 3 is an enormous RPG with all types of quests and characters. Mystic Carrion is a mysterious Mummy Lord who has taken up residence within the Lower City section of Baldur’s Gate. You will discover him at Philgrave’s Mansion right below the Heapside Strand fast travel point. Speak to him to receive the hunt to assist find his servant Thrumbo. Ancient Lair Location
Proceed to the correct down the steps and more Mephits. Open the big wood door and head north.

Mystic Carrion’s Organs
