Samay Raina Calls Sunil Pal ‘Frustated Man’ Without Mental Peace Over IGL Controversy

In a recent interview, Samay Raina shared his thoughts on Sunil Pal, who criticised him during India’s Got Latent controversy. Samay Raina Calls Sunil Pal ‘Frustated Man’ Who Lacks Mental Peace

Throughout the Longest Interview podcast, host Vaibhav Munjal showed a photograph of Sunil Pal to Samay Raina and asked for his opinion. In response, Raina said, “I don’t take into consideration him (Sunil Pal). One thing I learned very early on in my life is that if anyone is saying sh** about others, they’re going through something. I don’t feel offended… It’s higher if he’s talking about me. Irrespective of if he’s talking good or bad about me, in spite of everything, he’s talking about me. I feel bad for him.”

“Something is bothering him, some insecurity. That man doesn’t have mental peace. I hope he gets peace. Someone who’s at peace doesn’t enjoy disrupting anyone else’s peace of mind. There may be some frustration. I don’t know him as an individual; I actually have nothing against him. Sunil Pal was iconic, although Raju Shrivastav was higher,” he added. Raina further stated, “If someone is badmouthing you, they might have some insecurity and they might not be going through something good.”

“All those that lashed out against us through the India’s Got Latent controversy are all frustrated in life. Did Kapil Sharma say anything against us? Or did any good actor say anything? Many individuals could have come out and spoken against us, but no person who was at mental peace did anything like that. Only the frustrated ones who decided to go after us,” he further explained.

Sunil Pal Called Samay Raina, Ranveer Allahbadia During IGL Controversy

Throughout the controversy, Sunil Pal had criticised Samay Raina and Ranveer Allahbadia. He claimed, “They’re terrorists who use foul language and obscene content. They claim to be content creators, but they haven’t any content and are usually not creators. I imagine they ought to be punished with not less than 10 years in prison for spreading such filth,” he said. Pal, who rose to fame after winning The Great Indian Laughter Challenge – I in 2005, then sparked a surprising collaboration with Raina for an ad deal.

Addressing Sunil Pal’s comments in his recently released special, Still Alive, Samay Raina said, “Sunil Pal said, ‘Learn from Kapil Sharma’. Kapil Sharma was presupposed to come on our next episode. All of the irrelevant people attempting to get some limelight by kicking the f***ing dead at the moment.”

He also teased the upcoming second season of India’s Got Latent.
