The rumor mill was sent swirling after Hokit promised a significant UFC White House announcement on Saturday night.

There was subsequently talk of a brand new matchup, with some speculating that the American can be fighting Alex Pereira for the interim heavyweight title after Ciryl Gane pulled out.

That turned out to be completely false, with Hokit as an alternative revealing that he has partnered with a trading company ahead of the event on June 14.

It’s protected to say that fans weren’t completely happy with what the announcement turned out to be.

“So he’s a giant sellout?”

Hokit might be facing ex-title challenger Lewis within the fourth fight of the night on the White House lawn.

The matchup was a late addition to the cardboard that got here together after United States President Donald Trump questioned Dana White about ‘The Black Beast’s’ absence on the lineup.

‘The Incredible Hok’ was the beneficiary of that, and he’ll look to benefit from one other outstanding highlight within the UFC, little question by stirring up more controversy together with his polarizing character and brash comments on the microphone.
