Manasi explained to FPJ, “On May 1, 11 days after sending me the exit mail, I got one other email which said that they’re retracting the previous mail and renewing the old contract. Now, this is just not… tenable within the law. My lawyers replied on the identical day stating that this wasn’t legal.
