Leung said that he still relished the experience despite the Black Knights’ forgettable campaign.

“The PBA has been an incredible experience, besides after all, the team’s struggles,” he said after Macau’s 105-98 win over Phoenix at Ninoy Aquino Stadium on Wednesday.

“The Philippines is a basketball country so having the chance to play here and feel that zeal is absolutely special. It’s something I feel all of us will cherish.”

Leung ended the Black Knights’ campaign with some fireworks, dropping 32 points, five assists, three rebounds, two steals and two blocks.

Ramon Cao backstopped Leung’s effort with 23, while import Tony Mitchell tallied a double-double 13 points  and 24 rebounds.

The Black Knights are keeping their lines open should the PBA give them a call in the long run.
