Prior to this Cleveland hire, the 35-year-old’s only coaching experience was a single season (2025) because the linebackers coach at Norfolk State.
Felton entered the league as a sixth-round pick of the Browns in 2021. He saw playing time for 2 seasons with Cleveland, taking up a part-time workload on offense and special teams along the best way. Felton 27, bounced around to several teams across the past three years but was not utilized in the regular season over that span.
