The Blast caught up with Lisa Barlow of “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” on the American Music Awards on May 25. She looked stunning and classy on the red carpet, and we couldn’t resist asking her a couple of questions on the brand new season of “RHOSLC.” The self-described entrepreneur had quite a bit to say concerning the latest season, a misconception about herself that she desired to clear up, and her love of Teyana Taylor!
We asked Lisa to dish on the brand new season, and he or she didn’t hold back! “Oh my gosh, this latest season feels so fresh, so magical,” she said. “I feel such as you’re going to get an in-depth view of who we’re. I feel you’re going to see a unique side to all of us. I feel a whole lot of rumors and nastiness are going to get dispelled, and I feel you’re going to get a really fresh, latest feeling, RHOSLC like never before.”
“It’s very different from the last six years,” she added. “I feel it’s going to surprise people.”

We also asked Lisa to call one misconception about her that she desired to clear up once and for all. “Oh my gosh, there’s so many,” Lisa said with fun. “I’ll inform you what’s true. I’m very confident and I like the reality. What’s false is that I’m, like, the source of anything. I’m not the source of anything but myself, and nothing went down on the plane.”
For many who don’t know, she had a viral “diva moment” after losing her first-class seat and was forced to fly in coach a couple of years ago. The incident sparked a whole lot of debate across social media and many memes.
There was also one other notorious incident that took place on a world return flight with the “RHOSLC” solid. Lisa’s close friend Meredith Marks and returning solid member Britani Bateman got right into a fight, which reportedly revolved around a TikTok video regarding Meredith’s husband.

The last query was concerning the AMAs. We asked her who she was most excited to see, and he or she had a bunch of names already on the highest of her mind! “Oh my gosh, there’s so many individuals I’m excited to see!” she said, naming Rod Stewart and Teyana Taylor as her two top picks. She also revealed she has her eye on several latest artists, like country singer Ella Langley.
We even got to listen to a small snippet of her singing Langley’s hit song, “Be Her.” Lisa sang, “She drank wine by the glass, not by the bottle,” and we predict that Lisa may need her own singing profession ahead of her if she wants one!

“Teyana Taylor performing is iconic,” she continued. “I’ve loved her, I like watching her be a mom, an entrepreneur, an actress, her acts on stage. I feel she’s amazing and so positive and he or she has such an actual light and energy about her that I’m excited to look at Teyana Taylor.”
She went on to say that there are “so many” great artists performing tonight. “I mean, we’re surrounded by a few of the greats, and I like that it’s bringing the fusion of the past and present together,” she continued. “And it takes us on a visit down memory lane and reminds us how we came and the way sounds has evolved, but it surely at all times goes back to the enduring sounds of the 60s, 70s, and 80s, and the way they transpire into today’s music.”
We couldn’t agree more! It seems Lisa Barlow’s taste in music is just nearly as good as her style!
