“At all times a Great Feeling” – Ishan Kishan Reflects on Match-Winning Knock
Speaking on the post-match presentation after the second T20I, Ishan Kishan expressed his satisfaction with each his own performance and India’s dominant display, saying (via Cricbuzz):
“Obviously, while you rating runs to your team and help them post an excellent total and finish on the winning side, it’s at all times an incredible feeling to be in that situation. But, yeah, I’m really joyful with the general team performance. I feel we did thoroughly today.”
“To be very honest, I didn’t feel this was the type of wicket where you could possibly just walk in and rating 200-plus runs. We felt anything around 180 could be an excellent total because there was variable bounce on just a few deliveries. So we knew partnerships were going to be very vital.”
The 2 teams will meet again within the series finale on Sunday, July 26, on the Harare Sports Club in Harare.
