Belal Muhammad will attempt to snap his two-fight losing streak at UFC Vegas 118 next month.

The previous UFC welterweight champion will headline a card on the Meta Apex in Las Vegas.

Before he takes on Gabriel Bonfim, a stacked undercard will happen on June 6.

Jakub Wikłacz withdraws from UFC Vegas 118

To this point, 11 undercard fights have been announced for Belal Muhammad‘s comeback card.

An exciting bantamweight matchup between Marcus McGhee (10-2) and Jakub Wikłacz (18-3-2) was probably the greatest of them.

Unfortunately, UFC Vegas 118 took successful when Wikłacz announced his withdrawal on Saturday morning.

The previous KSW bantamweight champion revealed he was off the cardboard attributable to an injury on social media.

“The moment I didn’t expect has arrived,” Wikłacz wrote on Instagram alongside a picture of his arm in a sling.

“Injury prevents me from fighting and training for some time.

“I’m now focused on recovery. I just need a moment to repair myself and are available back even stronger.

“I’ll come back with double the force.”

It’s currently unclear if McGhee will remain on the cardboard against a alternative opponent.

Who else is fighting at UFC Vegas 118?

Belal Muhammad’s fight with Gabriel Bonfim will probably be supported by a high-stakes middleweight matchup.

Brendan Allen and Edmen Shahbazyan will meet in a co-main event between rising 185lb contenders.

Controversial bantamweight star Bryce Mitchell will even fight at UFC Vegas 118. See below for the updated card after Jakub Wikłacz’s withdrawal.
