Love Island USA’s Iris Kendall keeps it candid.
Kendall, 26, opened up in regards to the work she has — and hasn’t — done via TikTok on Sunday, June 7. “Today I used to be scrolling on my Instagram and I saw an account that made a complete picture thing and it was about me having all these surgeries on my face,” she said. “They dissected all the pieces, like, ‘Oh, she got a nose job, she got a chin implant, she got jaw filler and lots of other things and Botox.’”
“I’m like, ‘I literally don’t have time for that,’” Kendall continued while setting the record straight. “I should not have the downtime to get all that stuff done.”
Kendall went on to say that not all individuals who go on “dating shows” get work done afterwards. “Are the surgeries within the room with us? Because I might like to but I should not have the time to try this.”

“The one thing I did have the time to do was dissolve my lip [filler] because they were so bad and now I’m scared to do the rest to my face,” Kendall shared. “I used to be just born like this, I don’t know what to inform you guys.”
She then panned the camera right down to her bust and confirmed a breast augmentation is the one surgery she’s undergone. “That’s it,” she said while crinkling her brow to prove she doesn’t have Botox.
“I just don’t have a wrinkly brow. I’m sorry,” she added with amusing. Her followers were quick to point out her support within the comments section.
