I would choose Harry Brook, and my reasoning is comparatively easy.
Firstly, in his time as England’s white-ball captain he has shown himself to have a fairly good instinct for the sport, and he seems to have the support of the players around him.
Despite not being an incredible communicator off the sphere, he appears in a position to get his message across to his players on the park.
