Kher, who essays the role of late Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) leader Ashok Singhal within the film, said that while he was getting back from Ayodhya, it felt as if a component of him had remained there.

Sharing pictures from the shoot, Anupam Kher wrote in Hindi that the experience had left a long-lasting impact on him: “After completing the primary schedule of Shri Ram Bhoomi, I’m getting back from Ayodhya. But truthfully, it feels as if a component of me has stayed behind.”
He added that he was taking back not only beautiful memories but additionally a deeper understanding of Sanatan Dharma and a way of pride in being related to a movie that sincerely attempts to portray each history and faith: “I’m returning with not only beautiful memories, but additionally a deeper understanding of Sanatan Dharma, spiritual enrichment, and the pride of being a part of a movie that’s attempting to present each history and faith with complete honesty.”

Kher also shared how visiting the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple and interacting with the people of Ayodhya made the experience much more meaningful: “The darshan on the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple, the love of the people here, and the energy of this sacred land have enriched me not only as an actor but additionally as a human being.
