Sadie Robertson Talks Physical Boundaries With Husband

Christian influencer and former reality TV star Sadie Robertson is opening up about her and her husband’s decision to forego a physical relationship before getting married. During a brand new episode of her “WHOA That’s Good” podcast, the previous “Duck Dynasty” star said that she and her husband, Christian Huff, decided together to live in a different way than they’d previously to honor God.

Robertson, 29, said that when she first got together together with her husband, they decided together to pursue purity. She explained that in addition they got really candid with one another about what physical boundaries they were setting.

Sadie Robertson Got Engaged To Huff In 2019

Robertson and Huff got engaged in 2019 on her family’s farm in Louisiana. Huff popped the massive query after nine months of dating, and in line with Robertson, it was a complete surprise. “I didn’t realize it was coming. It was probably the most perfect thing ever,” she said, per PEOPLE.

Prior to the engagement, Robertson and Huff were planning a joint birthday bash with their closest family and friends. In keeping with Robertson, after Huff got down on one knee, it made their night together that significantly better.

“From that moment, it was similar to probably the most special engagement ever. He had letters from all of my family and all of his family and my Bronco waiting on me. And so once I got within the automotive, there have been all these letters in all places and our favourite song was on,” she said.

Prewett Is Learning To Not Be So Hard On Herself

Prewett went on to say that she learned after that moment that she needed to not only be honest with herself, but with God.

“That was really what that journey was like for me,” she said. “Even to today, having moments of shame popping back up, immediately just confess it and get it into the sunshine and share it with a friend.”
